Refund Process

  1. If you notice any issues with your order or products, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide a clear photograph of the problem along with a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  4. If approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are limited to one per customer for first-time issues to prevent abuse.
  • We reserve the right to offer partial refunds or store credit for subsequent issues.
  • Customers with a history of frequent refund requests may be subject to additional verification.

Refund Exemptions

Rapha Remedies will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a product in the following cases:

  1. Wrong Address: If you provide an insufficient address resulting in a returned shipment, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
  2. Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs.
  3. Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  4. Customs Rejection: If a package is returned due to customs issues, we cannot issue a refund. It is the receiver's responsibility to understand import regulations and pay any necessary customs fees.
  5. Products Created But Not Shipped: Once a product has been prepared by our fulfillment team, we cannot cancel or refund the order, even if it hasn't shipped yet.
